Based just 25 minutes outside downtown Minneapolis/St Paul in Spring Park, MN. Pinnacle's staff covers the immediate 10 state area of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and North & South Dakota, Montana, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan. We do have the capability to cover work in all 50 states with the assistance from associate companies.

 

Our staff has an average of 16 years experience with nearly 300 years of combined experience. We employ a well-seasoned field staff that is knowledgeable in every line of coverage they are involved in.

 

All inspection ordering and transmittal is web based and available in several different formats. Technology is key in any business and we will always strive to stay on top. This goes beyond electronic ordering/receiving: our new office has implemented a "paperless environment." If orders are received via fax they are scanned and inputted by our staff.

 

Electronic receipts are then sent to the customer. We do work with companies that don't have the capability to receive or order inspections on the web. Pinnacle has several ways to work around your needs.

 

Accurate replacement costs are essential in providing quality loss control services. In addition to our inspections we offer Marshall & Swift/Boeckh property valuations both for residential and commercial properties. This licensed product will assure that you have the most accurate and up to date information for you valuation purposes. Some companies use older systems or systems that aren't licensed. Ask your current inspection company: What software do you use for you valuations? Are you currently licensed with that company? When was your last update on your valuation software? In how many formats can I receive my valuations?

 

Our inspection forms are constantly changing. If there is anything you need or don't need on a given form let us know and we will tailor the form to fit your needs. Most customers have their "own" liquor or property form; although when we come across a good loss control question from one carrier we may ask if we can pass it on to the others. Everybody benefits from this process.

 

We understand that time, service and consistent quality of reports are a necessity. Our staff will make every attempt to inspect your risk within 21 days. In the event we run into a time issue you will receive a status report via email. When you request a status from Pinnacle you can expect "same day service". If the inspector cannot be reached due to being in the field you will still be notified that we are in the process of contacting them and will follow up with you again within 24 hours.
